PRIVATE COACHING
Catch N Pass offer 1:1 Coaching , as well as small group coaching sessions. We understand that players enjoy having a coach all to themselves to work on the micro details, whether it be positional specific (Front row body shape, Halfback passing, Tackle Technique).
We have specialist coaches for all positions or area of the game.

INTEGRATED VIDEO ANALYSIS
Along side our 1 on 1 coaching , private workshops and clinics we like to integrate video analysis into the sessions.
This is a great way of giving direct feedback to the player or coach.
At Catch N Pass we use our own drones, Ipads, and video cameras to capture the technical and tactical areas of the game.

VIDEO FOOTAGE & ANALYSIS BREAKDOWN
Catch N Pass can cater for any school, club or team.
We utilise drones and cameras to capture key moments of a teams attack, defence, set piece to give instant feedback to coaches and players.
Players have a greater understanding when they can see their own performance.

Videos and photos can be uploaded that very same day to what ever platform you or your team may be using.
